Provide a Ride (PAR) functionality overview:

PAR is a ride dispatch system that was designed and implemented for non emergency medical transportation providers. As of today system effectively handles manual entered rides as well as rides submitted via FTP by Medica, MTM or you contract provider with 128 bit PGP encryption (HIPPA regulation required) or without. System will allow dispatcher to assign rides to drivers and keep track of miles, pickups and no shows. System will also print invoices in Excel required by Medica as well as reports for your payroll (miles/no show/ride counts by driver)

System provides ability either e-mail schedule to drivers (via MS Outlook express) or print. If integrated with MS Map Point system will give you all mileage information along with route and direction information. If your wireless provider supports text messaging ride information can be send to the drivers from the application.

PAR gives you an ability to go back and edit all existing in the system ride manually using Appointment book screen:

Address book functionality

After ride was entered in the system all information is stored in the address book to make it easier reenter new rides. It stores all patient information all valid destinations, so all you have to enter is time and date.
