We provide online and manual time billing, and on line and manual disbursement entry, automatically calculating and accounting for GST in a finished invoice. All invoices are adjustable before and after production and can be cancelled for later reissue.

Document Manager.

This feature lists all documents under each matter and according to a three tier categorisation system. This enforces rigor and standardisation for file naming and storage. Cyrus Systems also allows the development of an in-house precedent system and automatic document creation through templates.

Network Solutions.

Cyrus Systems solves many common problems involved in the practical use of networks. It fully utilizes the opportunities offered by a computer network and allows several staff to work on the same case or matter at the same time.

Cyrus Systems now produces invoices in a Legal Aid format.Cyrus Systems has an optional facility to provide summaries by billing type inclusive of GST as required by legal aid committees. we are closely following the impending changes to the distribution of Legal Aid funding, with the view to providing EDI applications and invoicing for the Legal Aid practitioner.
