Job Description:
The Marketing Web Designer is responsible for
designing, developing and constructing web pages/sites
that involve text, graphics, forms, multimedia and
other technologies. The primary objective of this
position is to create and develop web-based marketing
campaigns that increase market share and traffic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Design and develop marketing-focused web pages
involving text, graphics, forms, multimedia and other
technologies.
-Maintain and provide ongoing design of the marketing
programs on the web site, promos and content specials.
Qualifications:
-Minimum two (2) years experience in web page design
and web-based marketing applications using a scripting
programming language.
-Demonstrated ability to code JavaScript and HTML
-Experience creating contents using Adobe PhotoShop,
Illustrator and other related graphics tools
-Experience creating pages with Macromedia Flash
-Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
-Familiarity in most, and proficiency in one or more
of the following areas:
-Graphical user interface (GUI) design
-Graphics development
-Internet / Extranet / Intranet web page design.
-Proficiency in the use of personal computers,
networking infrastructure and communication protocols.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
